Support may be purchased as part of a contract, or on a case by case basis. If purchased with a product that we have delivered, or on a product hosted by us, then a considerable discount is offered. 

All offer support by our online support system with responses to urgent enquiries guaranteed within 2 hours.

We also provide an 8am to 8pm emergency telephone number for business critical emergencies.
