Apptuk.com are a company that provide high quality appointments to a select range of professional services companies. Their old website was static design with little scope for change or improvement. Due to its heavy use of flash, it was also very hard to SEO optimise it for Google. We met with them to discuss what a new site could offer and how we could deliver on their multiple requirements.
It was decided that the site should be CMS solution, allowing Apptuk to take ownership of their site's content. Due to its ease of use and rapid deployment (thus saving Apptuk considerable cost) we decided to build on the Joomla platform.
The clients provided all of the content, with our role being to design and build the template, host the site and configure the CMS solution. We designed a primary template with 5 variations on the theme to allow the clients to point out which elements they liked. The final result was therefore a site that exactly matched our clients vision, was delivered very rapidly, hosted (at less cost than their previous host) and supported without issue.
Subsequently, we have been asked by the clients to provide an online CRM database which we are presently in the process of rolling out.
